IPG Mediabrands dominates MFA NGEN finalists

Six finalists have been selected for the MFA Awards’ NGEN category, with four of them hailing from IPG Mediabrands.

NGEN is open to anyone in the industry who has less than five years experience.

The 2017 NGEN Award finalists are:
• Calvin Lyon, Cummins & Partners, Introducing Bibi: Using Dark Social To Brighten The Summer Of DOHH Teens
• Aiden Dabbagh & Camille Gray, Initiative, Meet Hearo
• Luke Chan, Mediacom, Spread The FOMO
• Max Learmont & Nolan Yu, UM, League Of Hearoes
• Ryan Hancock, UM, Hear For You: ECHO
• Charlotte Berry & Grace Espinoza, UM, Sound Of Silence

MFA CEO, Sophie Madden says: "The standard of entries was very high, making the judges’ job extremely hard. The campaign ideas were not just clever and inspiring, but also actionable for the client, demonstrating a real understanding of their needs and resources. Congratulations to all the finalists.”

The winner will be announced at the MFA Awards ceremony on the 19th October at the Royal Hall of Industries .

Hear For You is the nominated charity this year and all the entries were based on responding to a brief related to the charity. All proceeds from entry to this category will also go to the charity.
