INVNT has appointed Sarah Bailey as executive creative director for Asia-Pacific, promoting her from senior creative director as the agency continues to build out its regional creative offering.

Based in Singapore, Bailey will lead INVNT’s creative team across APAC, with responsibility for creative direction spanning physical, digital and hybrid brand experiences.

Bailey has more than 20 years’ experience across experiential strategy, cultural programming and digital innovation, with work for brands including Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini and Emirates.

At INVNT, she has played a key role in expanding the agency’s Singapore operation and integrating arts, entertainment and emerging technology into large-scale brand work.

Bailey said her focus would be on helping brands connect with audiences through meaningful creative work.

“APAC audiences are looking for authenticity and purpose, not just noise,” she said.

“The opportunity is to create ideas that resonate culturally and leave something behind.”

INVNT APAC managing director Laura Roberts said Bailey’s appointment recognised her impact on the agency’s creative direction in the region.

“Sarah has been central to shaping the culture and creative ambition of our APAC team,” Roberts said.

“Her leadership is helping define how we approach storytelling and innovation for brands operating in this market.”

Bailey was named one of the industry’s Women to Watch in 2023 and has been involved in mentoring emerging creative talent alongside her agency role.

Bailey’s promotion follows the appointment of James Nicholas Kinney as its first global chief AI officer last week.
