Innocean Australia has appointed seven staff across strategy, creative, media and data science after a year of growth driven by new business wins.

The hires follow a restructure of the agency’s leadership team earlier this year, with the indie agency reporting a 25% increase in revenue year-on-year.

“In media, digital, our consultancy offering and most importantly in new client categories, we’ve had growth across all areas of the business,” said CEO Jasmin Bedir.

“It’s a testament to the end-to-end offering we have been building over the past years.”

ECD Brendan Willenberg said the pace of change had transformed the agency.

“It has been a whopper of a year for us, with amazing work delivered already and even bigger campaigns lined up for Q4 and 2026,” he said.

“The energy running through the joint is intoxicating, and these new hires show just how the agency offering has changed in a short period of time.”

Alexis Jamgotchian has joined as head of transformation from RAPP London, where she was VP of marketing orchestration.

She is tasked with connecting analytics and creative production for real-time asset performance.

Wez Hucker comes on board as marketing data science lead, bringing experience from dentsu, Monks and Woolworths.

Holly Mizen has been named group business director, media. She has worked across Optus, Netflix, Apple and Unilever.

Robin Chan joins as media strategy director, bringing agency and client-side experience in CX and brand strategy.

Creative duo Bella Smith and Lucy Karsai join as senior creatives.

Smith has worked at Anomaly New York and Ogilvy on campaigns for Google, KFC and the Australian Government. Karsai’s experience includes Emotive, McCann and Edelman, working across Coca-Cola, Mastercard and Johnnie Walker.

Georgia Millar joins as senior CX strategist, having worked in London and Australia on brands including Telstra and Oroton.
