25 years.

How would you describe what the company does? 

We apply the science of one-to-one involvement to spark creativity and drive sales.

What do you do day-to- day?

Create opportunity.

Define your job in one word:

Leadership.

I got into advertising/ad tech/marketing etc because:

Started looking through the careers book at school. A for Advertising, let’s go!

What’s the biggest challenge you face in your role?

Remaining relevant.

What’s the biggest industry-wide challenge you’d like to see tackled?

The constant prostitution of hourly rates.

Previous industry related companies you have worked at:

Ogilvy and Mather.

Who is/has been a great mentor to you and why?

My school headmaster.

Words of advice for someone wanting a job like yours?

Develop a sixth sense to know when to shut up or take the lead.

If I wasn't doing this for a living, I'd be:

Sooo wanted to be a pilot.

My mantra / philosophy is:

Make the people around you successful.

My favourite advert is (and why):

Chevy Graduation present – Super Bowl XLVI Commercial 2012. Loved it. Just shows how great talent can bring an idea to life.

Music and TV streaming habits. What do you subscribe to?

Spotify and Netflix.

Tell us one thing people at work don’t know about you?

I’m not really a very good golfer.

In five years' time I'll be:

A better golfer.
