Independent agency DO. has made several key appointments including Tian Skene as client service director, Tom Denton head of craft and Issy Haley senior account director.

Tian Skene joins DO. from BMF where she was leading the ALDI business, and before that spent close to 10 years at ODD in London, leading marque accounts in Tesco, Levi’s, Adidas and Lacoste.
Tom Denton is an award-winning creative leader, who was most recently national sreative director at Dentsu. He previously was at BWM, VMLY&R and Deloitte.
Issy Haley joins from Ogilvy Sydney and before that M&C Saatchi.
The three join recently appointed executive creative director Neale Horrigan.
Their appointments come after a significant period of growth for the agency, with five new offices across the region and recent new business wins including Paramount+ and Primo.
