Impressive, a Melbourne-based marketing agency, has appointed Rebecca Den Braber general manager, effective immediately.

Den Braber was most recently general manager at Hatched and has held senior roles at Admatic and Dentsu in both Australia and the US.

“I’m genuinely impressed by Impressive’s strong culture of innovation and performance, grounded in a people-first leadership mindset,” said Den Braber.

“The growth over the past nine years has been nothing short of remarkable, and with Impressive’s evolution toward integrated, tech-enabled marketing solutions, the opportunity ahead is incredibly compelling.

“I'm looking forward to working with Rob and the leadership group to further enhance our strategic capabilities, nurture our team, and continue to build on this amazing momentum.”

Impressive CEO and founder Robert Tadros said Den Braber will play a key role as the agency transitions to a fully integrated marketing model.

“Impressive is at a pivotal point as we evolve our agency operating model from siloed services to fully integrated marketing capabilities, underpinned by advanced technology and AI to power smarter, faster execution,” said Tadros.

“Bec brings the ideal blend of skills, leadership, and experience to help guide this transformation.

“Her deep understanding of media, performance, and people-first leadership will be instrumental as we continue to scale and deliver exceptional value to our clients.”

Den Braber’s appointment follows the launch of the agency’s SEO tool Skailed, recently recognised at the APAC Search Awards and by the AFR Most Innovative Companies list.

Impressive has also introduced Impressive Labs, a strategic support product for in-house marketing teams, and added FleetCard and CardSmart to a client roster that includes Mattel, Space Furniture, Hertz, Lorna Jane, The Memo, Workwear Group and Mitre 10.
