Digital agency Holler Sydney has appointed BMF associate creative director Richard Morgan as creative director.

He replaces Tim Buesing, who started his new role as Publicis Mojo's digital creative director in January. Morgan is yet to start his new role, and is expected to join the agency later in the year.

Morgan said: "I'm really excited to be joining Holler. They have impressive clients including Lion Nathan, Pacific Brands and Unilever, all of whom value great creative thinking. I believe great ideas can live in many media channels, so we won't be restricting our thinking to any particular set of rules."

Holler Sydney founder Mike Hill said: "Richard’s talent further expands Holler's capabilities and supports the growth in our agency. Richard has extensive experience not only in digital, but also big integrated and TV campaigns. His hire strengthens our plans to really bring more strategic and integrated thinking to digital."

Morgan has worked as associate creative director at BMF since 2004. He has also worked as a copywriter at The Edge Melbourne, Publicis Mojo Sydney and Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO in London.

Morgan has worked on brands including Dairy Farmers, Lion Nathan, Meat & Livestock Australia, Ikea, P&O Cruises, OPSM, Telstra, Toyota, Guinness, Mars, Coca Cola, Pfizer and Gillette.
