GumGum’s Megan McElderry appointed Captify commercial director

Search intelligence company Captify has appointed Megan McElderry commercial director.

McElderry will lead Captify's sales and client service teams in the newly created role, drawing on nearly 20 years of experience in Australia and the UK. 

"Megan's appointment is pivotal in driving a truly unified approach that harnesses the collective strength of our sales and client service teams," said Captify Australia managing director Jaclyn Hadida.

She joins from digital advertising platform GumGum, where she was NSW sales leader managing major agency holding group clients. 

Her career includes roles at Yahoo, where she started as agency sales manager in the UK before moving to Australia as group sales manager. 

She also worked at Verizon Media managing major agency accounts and collaborated with Seven West Media on integrated campaigns.

"As someone who is passionate about connecting and inspiring people, cultivating lasting relationships and fostering an inclusive team culture, I'm looking forward to leading Captify's sales and client services team," McElderry said.

The appointment is effective immediately.
