GrowthOps spins off Salesforce Einstein practice

Technology consulting group Trimantium GrowthOps has spun off its Salesforce Einstein practice to become an independent business under the name Lightfold.

The spin off comes after a year of incubation and will allow the business to enter a new phase of growth.

Lightfold will continue to provide Salesforce Einstein expertise and specialisation to GrowthOps’ clients, in addition to having the flexibility to expand its services to the entire Salesforce user ecosystem.

GrowthOps chief executive officer Clint Cooper described the spin off as a win-win for GrowthOps and its clients, and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.

“GrowthOps has been at the forefront of emerging thinking around how AI can be harnessed to change the shape of customer and brand experience for some of Australia's biggest brands,” Cooper says.

“Our clients will continue to benefit from this thought leadership, both from a Salesforce implementation perspective, as well as from an advisory and strategy perspective.

“We’re proud of the work we have done together over the last 12 months and remain committed to continuing to offer this valuable capability to our clients. We’re excited to see what’s now possible for the team as it moves to this next phase.”

Lightfold CEO John Cosgrove acknowledged the GrowthOps team, as well as the progress the Einstein Practice made during its incubation with the company.

While an independent business, Lightfold will operate in close partnership with GrowthOps to continue to bring a new growth solutions for organisations across the Asia Pacific region.

Lightfold will also engage new clients directly in response to the growing demand for Salesforce Einstein services.

Last year, GrowthOps rolled a number of redundancies within its business following a restructure to the consulting group's board.

The shuffle came just over a year after it had listed itself on the ASX.
