Shares in technology consulting group Trimantium GrowthOps jumped on reports the Australia-New Zealand CEO of three months, Jason Polson, is exiting.

GrowthOps shares were up 65% to $0.19 at the close of the day's trading on the ASX. But the shares are still more than 80% down over the last 12 months.

The business was hit with a series of redundancies late last year.

In December chief financial officer Dustine Pang resigned. He was replaced by non-executive director Craig McMenamin.

The company posted a statutory net loss after tax of $65 million for the year to June 2019.

GrowthOps listed on the ASX in March 2018 with a market capitalisation of about $95 million. Today it was about $20.8 million.
