Griffith University media and creative up for pitch

Brisbane-based Griffith University has publicly opened expressions of interest for its media and creative account.

The creative agency incumbent is Publicis Worldwide and the media incumbent is Essence Mediacom.

"It's expected that everybody in town is going for it," an industry insider told AdNews. Both independent agencies and holding groups have told AdNews they are interested in pitching.

AdNews understands that agencies with prior experience on tertiary education accounts are more likely to win the pitch.

Requests for interest close next Friday. The University has not proactively disclosed the worth of the accounts and has declined to provide a comment to AdNews.
