AMP's super and retirement platform North has brought in independent B2B agency Green Hat to refine its business-to-business media strategy as it looks to deepen ties with financial advisers.
The platform chose Green Hat after a pitch to map adviser journeys, identify key touchpoints and deliver targeted communications across ABM and digital channels.
North’s head of marketing, Lauren Purcell, said the partnership reflects the platform’s focus on improving adviser engagement.
“Partnering with Green Hat allows us to combine strategic insight with precision media execution,” she said.
“Their experience in connecting complex B2B ecosystems will be invaluable as we continue to evolve how we engage with advisers and empower them to drive growth, for their clients and in their practice.”
Green Hat managing director Stuart Jaffray said the agency will support North through its next phase of development.
“North is a respected leader with a clear vision of how they can champion the future of advice,” Jaffray said.
“We’re thrilled to be part of that evolution, using data, creativity, and technology to map a truly integrated customer journey and deliver meaningful, measurable impact across their ecosystem,” Jaffray said.
The appointment adds to Green Hat’s recent run of APAC client wins.
