Omnicom Media has formed a dedicated business transformation team to accelerate integration across its agencies, appointing Geoff Clarke to the newly created role of managing director, business transformation, AdNews can reveal.

Clarke reports to Mark Jarrett, COO of Omnicom Media, and brings more than three decades of experience in large-scale operational transformation.

He previously led APAC transformation programs at IPG Mediabrands which this year won the AdNews Agency of the Year Best Transformation Strategy award.

The team covers four disciplines: media systems, data and reporting infrastructure, and operational transformation.

It includes Elena Radicati, head of enterprise data and reporting; Jenelle Stocken, head of transformation operations (product); Danielle Asprey, head of transformation operations (agency); and Andree Norbury, head of media systems support.

Clarke said the opportunity came at a pivotal time for the media industry.

"This is about creating the systems and frameworks that empower our agencies to do their best work," he said.

“By bringing together the best of our capabilities and building the infrastructure for the future, we're creating a platform that supports both operational excellence and continued innovation.”

Jarrett said the formation of a dedicated transformation unit would accelerate the work of building a future-ready operating model.

"Bringing our business together as Omnicom Media has been a significant step for our agencies and our clients,” he said.

“With that foundation now in place, the focus is on building a long-term transformation roadmap that drives consistency, efficiency and speed across the business.”
