Foxtel has rebranded its loyalty program and secured a new partnership with live entertainment company Live Nation Australia.

Foxtel First which was launched in 2019 in an attempt to retain and attract customers, is now known as Foxtel Rewards.

The updated loyalty program offers members entertainment experiences across Live Nation Australia tours. This includes VIP experiences to meet-and-greets with the stars, invitations to exclusive pre-show parties and reserved ticket allocations only available to Foxtel Rewards members.

“At a time where live experiences are more valued and sought after than ever before, we’re thrilled to be partnering with Live Nation Australia and rounding out our strong loyalty offering with the most exclusive money can’t buy experiences for our customers,” says Foxtel director of customer marketing and loyalty Lisa Cronin.

Members will be able to enjoy a slate of local and global talent, with upcoming Live Nation tours including stars such as Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Tim Minchin, Alanis Morissette, Backstreet Boys, and Rod Stewart.

“We are looking forward to bringing Foxtel Rewards members deeper connections to their favourite artists and the music they love”, says Live Nation Australia president of brand partnerships Greg Segal.

“We know the Foxtel Rewards program will make these experiences even more memorable for members.”

Foxtel Rewards will also provide sport offerings, such as live sporting events, opportunity to meet sporting stars and regular giveaways. The program will cover events such as The Ashes, One Day International, T20 World Cup and the Big Bash League in addition to NRL, AFL and Supercars events across 2022.

Foxtel Rewards also gives members the opportunity to access premium movie tickets, bonus and exclusive content, behind the scenes previews of their favourite shows, attend VIP events and win “money-can’t-buy” experiences.
