Ross Berthinussen.
Ross Berthinussen, former president of 72andSunny ANZ, has returned to Australia to launch Human Things, an executive coaching company focused on creative and marketing leaders.
Berthinussen spent a year in London doing full-time training in Integral Coaching, an approach developed in San Francisco that he describes as focused on developing the human behind the leader.
He built a portfolio of executive clients during that period at BBH, Good Ventures and Accenture.
At 72andSunny, Berthinussen led the team that doubled the size of the local agency over four years, winning clients including realestate.com.au, Big W and Who Gives A Crap.
“We're living at a time of accelerated and unprecedented change. It brings with it incredible opportunity but also huge uncertainty," he said.
"Whilst leading 72andSunny, I've experienced first hand the pressures of leading through this and learned that it's our innate human capacities, things like creativity, empathy and presence, that equip us to thrive.
“Integral Coaching is a deeply human type of coaching that helps leaders build these capacities and bring themselves more fully to their roles and life.
"I'm excited to bring this innovative approach to the Creative and Marketing community at a time when humanity matters more than ever.”
