Agencies working across marketing, advertising, media, public relations, brand and experiential have until February 16 to register for official Brisbane 2032 tenders.

The deadline marks the close of expressions of interest for several work packages, with Brisbane 2032 reminding agencies that registration via the portal is required to be eligible for opportunities.

The portal acts as a centralised platform where work packages and timings are confirmed on a needs basis, with the Games ecosystem from now to 2032 set to include hundreds of thousands of people, including agencies and suppliers across multiple disciplines.

The remaining marketing and advertising tenders under the Brand, Identity and Look procurement include media buying and placement services, PR and creative talent, and creation production and content output.

Brisbane 2032 already appointed an agency consortium led by VML and Landor, with Black Card and Verian, to deliver the Olympic and Paralympic emblem and full brand system following a competitive international procurement process that began in 2022.

The Olympic logo was completed in late 2025, with the official emblem reveal locked in for mid-2026.

The consortium's remit extends beyond a single emblem to build a brand system that will shape the games through to 2032, including mascots, venue dressing, pictograms, merchandise and the broader visual look.

Rebecca Masci, director of strategic engagement, brand and marketing communications at Brisbane 2032, said the strongest submissions were those that brought together local capability with lived Olympic and Paralympic brand experience.

VML and Landor brought extensive Olympic and Paralympic brand history, while Black Card contributed Queensland and First Nations expertise and Verian provided specialist creative capability.

The Games are projected to deliver $8.1 billion in direct economic benefits to the Queensland economy and create more than 90,000 jobs over the next 20 years.
