Fabulate has raised $4.5 million, valuing the influencer marketing and technology platform at $84.5 million.
The funding round was oversubscribed, with about 90% of the capital coming from existing shareholders, and closed without an external process.
Fabulate's investors include Centerstone Capital and Nightingale Partners.
Toby Kennett, CEO of Fabulate, said the company had established itself in the APAC region.
"Fabulate has firmly established itself as a clear leader in the APAC region," Kennett said.
"Given the company is profitable and the round was oversubscribed - with roughly 90% of the capital coming from existing shareholders doubling down - Fabulate elected not to run an external raise process; the funds raised will be used to further drive our growth through the region."
The funding round follows Fabulate's appointment of Jon Kee as commercial director for Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea, and Gabrielle Lawton as its New Zealand lead.
Fabulate's regional growth strategy has expanded its operations over the past two years from Australia into New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea and Japan.
Patrick Forth, chair of Fabulate, said the quality of the business built was as notable as its growth.
"As chairman, it's been incredibly rewarding to see Fabulate evolve from an ambitious Australian startup into a regional technology leader,” he said.
“What's impressive about Fabulate isn't just the growth story, it's the quality of the business that has been built.
"The team has developed a genuinely differentiated technology platform, with AI at its core capability across discovery, campaign execution and measurement.
“That combination of innovation, customer focus and disciplined execution is why Fabulate is exceptionally well positioned for its next phase of growth across APAC and beyond.”
Fabulate has continued to expand its AI-powered product suite, including the launch of SparQ, while investing in technology that helps brands discover, vet, manage and measure creator marketing at scale.
