Kill Your Darlings is a documentary through the eyes of Anouk Jans, a young creative director who finds herself working seven days a week, taking the shine from the excitement of breaking into the advertising industry.

When she joined, it was like a dream come true but soon she wasn’t seeing her family or her boyfriend.

“I was on the phone all the time,” she says.

Kill your Darlings, presented by New York agency Togetherr, is a journey into the mesmerising world of modern advertising.

“My idea is to go on a journey and meet some of the industry's sharpest minds,” she says.

She hopes this will bring inspiration back and change her perspective on the industry.

She meets creatives, clients and experts shaping the future of the industry including Anselmo Ramos, Bianca Guimaraes, Greg Hahn, Mo Said, Rob Reilly, Jessica Spence, Fernando Machado, Germany Lancaster, Karin Onsager-Birch, Trevor Robinson, Luca Lorenzini, Luca Pannese, João Coutinho, Cindy Gallop and Scott Galloway.
