Derek van den Hogen joins as creative lead, bringing senior experience from Badjar Ogilvy, Zoo Group and 10 Feet Tall across brand, campaign, digital and design work for clients including Coca-Cola, Heinz, TAC and Pfizer.
A multilingual creative who speaks Afrikaans and English, van den Hogen brings lived experience of navigating language and culture.

Costa Vasili, Ethnolink CEO, said demand for multicultural communications had never been stronger and the work was becoming increasingly sophisticated.
"Organisations are looking for partners who can bring together strategy, creative, language services, public relations, media and community engagement, and that's exactly where we're continuing to invest," he said.
Ethnolink was founded by Vasili from his bedroom in 2011 and has posted average year-on-year growth of 42% over the past five years.
