Multicultural communications agency Ethnolink has appointed Cameron Darke head of growth.

Darke joins from Think HQ, where he most recently served as head of language services and led the development of the agency's multilingual offering.

He will oversee new business development, strategic partnerships and the expansion of the Ethnolink’s integrated services across research and strategy, creative and production, translation, media and community engagement.

"Cameron genuinely gets this space. He's obsessed with language and multicultural communications in the same way we are at Ethnolink, and he brings strong commercial thinking alongside a deep understanding of community," said Ethnolink founder and chief executive Costa Vasili.

The appointment follows recent wins for Ethnolink including VicReturn, Cancer Institute NSW, Victorian Department of Education, Transport Accident Commission and Western Australia Primary Health Alliance, as the specialist agency strengthens its footprint across government and not-for-profit sectors.

Darke said the agency's mission, team and leadership were key factors in his decision to join.

"Ethnolink's reputation for language, inclusion and meaningful community engagement was a big draw for me. Costa is a forward-looking leader, and I'm joining a team that knows exactly who it is and where it's going," he said.

The agency now employs 50 multicultural specialists and supports more than 900 organisations annually. Darke's appointment follows a reported 56% revenue uplift in the second half of FY2025, with FY2026 on track to become the strongest year in the agency's 15-year history.
