Erin Jakubans is the new chief people officer at Initiative

Initiative has appointed a new chief people officer, Erin Jakubans, a former head of HR at Baker McKenzie in Dubai who has held senior roles at GroupM and Omnicom Media Group. 

She replaces Scott Laird who has moved to GroupM as chief people officer. 

Jakubans: “I am delighted to be given the opportunity to work alongside such a collaborative leadership team who are genuinely focused on talent and culture.
