Independent agency Equality Media + Marketing has brought together property developer Time & Place and the Melbourne Theatre Company in a two-year partnership celebrating creativity, community and culture.
The collaboration will see Time & Place support MTC's Forum Nights, a series of post-show conversations where audiences hear directly from the cast and creative teams behind each performance.
For Time & Place, the partnership represents more than brand alignment, celebrating shared values that define both organisations: creativity, community and connection.
"The measure of a good building is how much time people want to spend in it," said Time & Place CEO Nick Paciocco.
"We develop spaces for the people and stories that bring a place to life. Supporting Melbourne Theatre Company allows us to extend that philosophy beyond the physical space, into the heart of the city's cultural life."
Time & Place is known for creating neighbourhood-defining projects including Park Modern, a new residential development overlooking Melbourne's Royal Botanic Gardens.
"Partnerships like this don't just promote the arts, they strengthen the cultural fabric of Melbourne," said Equality Media + Marketing founder and managing director Marilla Akkermans.
"It's rare to see a property developer and a theatre company come together so organically. But when values align, the impact extends far beyond a single campaign. It becomes a lasting contribution to place, people and culture."
