From humble beginnings 15 years ago, Orchard has grown into a vastly successful agency at the forefront of a constantly changing digital landscape. We have a great leadership team with a big future ahead of us as we continue to invest in creating and connecting brand experiences across digital, data and technology.”

Orchard founding partner Martin Stafford has been appointed chief technology officer and fellow founding partner Sarah Galletly chief operating officer of Orchard.

Andrew Antoniou, the fourth managing partner from the founding group acquired by Enero in 2017, has decided to step down at the end of October after fifteen years with Orchard to move with his family back to Europe.

“The appointment of Wai comes at an exciting and pivotal time for Orchard, as he leads the agency’s next phase of growth alongside Martin Stafford, Sarah Galletly and Holly Minucos, the newly appointed Chief Financial Officer, who now form the Orchard executive leadership team,” says Brent Scrimshaw, CEO, Enero Group.

“Wai has demonstrated exceptional leadership over the years, working in unison with Enero to grow Orchard into one of the worlds’ leading digital and creative technology agencies. He brings over 20 years’ industry experience to the role, with a strong background in digital marketing communications. I’m confident his leadership and clear vision for the company will continue to fuel Orchard’s significant momentum."

Enero posted a stong rise in revenue and profit for the half year to December. Statutory net profit was up 233% to $13.3 million and net revenue was 19% higher at $81 million.
