Creative agency Emotive has made three new hires alongside a promotion to its account management and creative teams.

Aoife Lehane, who joined Emotive from Droga5 Dublin twelve months ago, has been promoted to account director, and will work alongside business director, Andrea Dalton Doran on the Optus account.

Joining the account management team are two new senior account managers. Ruki Ahad arrives from Ogilvy where she worked on NSW and Federal Government, while Tyler Ronaldson has been hired from Clemenger BBDO with a background on YES23, insurance and betting clients.

As well as bolstering the account management team, Jenna Fisher joins as creative opps manager, streamlining creative resourcing and response, ensuring the agency is well structured to deliver on the increasing number of non-traditional client briefs.

Fisher brings a wealth of experience from high-profile agency roles in the UK and Australia including Wave, VCCP, BWM Dentsu and Havas.

Emotive CEO Simon Joyce said with the growth the agency is experiencing and an ambition to create the kind of work no-one has done before, this is an exciting time for Emotive.

"But key to the growth is always our culture defined by the best talent and an additive mindset. Aoife, Ruki, Tyler and Jenna embody exactly that," he said.

All four are based at Emotive’s Coogee HQ.
