Edge wins creative account for Moccona

Independent creative agency Edge has been appointed to the Moccona creative account by the coffee brand's parent company Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE).

Edge has been tasked with handling the integrated advertising for the coffee brand and its portfolio of products including Moccona’s iconic glass jar as well as Barista Reserve, capsules, and mixes.

“Against a very robust brief, the team at Edge showed in-depth understanding of the FMCG market, exceptional creative work and a passion for the Moccona brand," says Donna Mulholland, marketing director ANZ at JDE.

"We’re looking forward to starting the next big campaign with them in the coming weeks.”

Edge’s executive director of account management, Nicole Gardner added: “We are thrilled to welcome the Moccona team and work with them to continue to drive the brand’s growth and expansion into new coffee occasions.”

Moccona is the latest new business win for Edge, which has also picked up a number other new accounts including Virgin Money and Intuit.

The agency currently services clients including Virgin Money Australia, Freedom, Mitre 10, Wattyl, WW, University of Melbourne and Suncorp.
