Luke Gosha.
Edge Marketing has appointed AI and SEO specialist Luke Gosha head of search & AI strategy.
He will focus on translating global best practice into scalable, revenue-driving outcomes for brands operating in Australia.
His remit includes identifying emerging growth opportunities created by AI-led search, integrating advanced SEO and AI methodologies into client strategies, and mentoring Edge’s senior search specialists to ensure the agency remains ahead of industry change.
Gosha joins from London-based brand and performance agency StrategiQ, where he served as head of search & AI.
Edge CEO Rohan Dwyer said the appointment was driven by opportunity, not uncertainty.
“At Edge, we believe AI-driven search represents one of the most significant commercial opportunities the industry has seen in decades,” Dwyer said.
“This is a senior, business-critical role at the centre of how Edge will safeguard existing client performance, but to also actively help our clients gain competitive advantage by applying proven AI-led search. We see this shift as a massive opportunity for businesses that are prepared to lead.”
Gosha said he was excited to bring proven global thinking into the Australian market.
“Having been involved in search marketing for well over a decade, I’ve helped many brands navigate the changing nature of search,” Gosha said.
“Having been based in the UK for most of my career I’m looking forward to bringing my skills, expertise and character to Edge, that creates a genuine competitive advantage for Edge’s clients.”
“Edge has a clear vision for how AI can be used to drive growth, not just efficiency, and I’m excited to work with a team that is focused on long-term client outcomes.”
Based at Edge’s Burleigh Heads head office, Gosha will report to CEO Rohan Dwyer. His appointment is effective immediately.
