Edge Marketing has hired three staff and promoted two as it scales its service offering.
Tika Hasborth joins the independent agency as senior paid media strategist, reporting to head of paid media Mira Robinson.
Hasborth brings agency, in-house and consultancy experience, most recently running her own advisory business.
"Tika's well-rounded experience gives her a deep understanding of the pressures and opportunities our clients face to stay ahead of their competitors in a fragmented and challenging market," founder and Director at Edge Marketing, Dan Hunjas said.
"She combines strategic rigour with commercial acumen, and that balance is exactly what modern growth-focused organisations need from their agency partners."
Hasborth said Edge had built a reputation for integrated solutions.
"The agency's ambition, combined with its investment in people and systems, makes it an exciting place to drive best-in-class social strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes," she said.
Jasmine Hefty joins as digital account manager, reporting to head of client service Matt Roessler.
Hefty has eight years' experience across digital and client leadership roles. Victoria Hutchinson also joins in a graphic design capacity, tasked with refreshing Edge's brand look and feel.
Internally, Sushmita Sharma has been promoted to senior account manager and Jayd Ozolins to senior project manager.
"Having the very best talent on board is critical to driving growth for our clients and for the agency," Dwyer said.
"These appointments and promotions signal the confidence and momentum Edge is experiencing as we continue to scale."
