Digital marketing agency Dilate has acquired Perth-based media agency Mentor Marketing, bringing traditional and programmatic capabilities into its existing offering.

The move completes Dilate’s full-funnel capability, uniting brand, creative, digital and media services under one roof.

Mentor has operated in the Perth market for decades, specialising in TV, radio, out-of-home and display advertising.

“In a world of fragmented campaigns and disconnected data, this deal is about reuniting strategy, creative and media with clarity, not chaos,” founder of Dilate, Bodie Czeladka, said.

From September, the Mentor brand will be retired, with all existing services and client relationships continuing under the Dilate name.

Amanda Reid, founder of Mentor, said the alignment between the two companies was clear.

“The culture fit was immediate. From day one, it felt like we’d found our people. Our services complement Dilate’s perfectly,” she said.

Tom Parker, Dilate director, said the move was about streamlining the client experience.

“This is about more than growth,” he said.

“It’s about giving clients what they’ve always needed but rarely found, one strategic partner who can deliver across the board.”

The acquisition follows Dilate’s 2024 takeover of Aligned Agency and a "seven-figure" investment from xDNA Group.
