The war for talent is showing signs of heating up, with estimates of up to half a million vacancies in the coming months.

This is reportedly critcial in creative industries with a big hole where those with three to five years experience sit.

In the US, when the economy started to open after movement restrictions were eased, the industry saw the highest rate of resignations in 20 years.

It's been called The Great Resignation.

Recruiters Aquent want to find out if it will happen in Australia's marketing and creative industry and, if it does, what do those in our industry really want?

Aquent has put together a two minute survey for working in the Australian marketing, creative and digital space to anonymously have their say on the impending (or is it?) Great Resignation, the impact of remote working, and understand their future work preferences

Aquent will then share the Talent Insights Report so all businesses who employ marketing, creative and digital talent, both agency and inhouse, have the best chance of attracting and retaining the people they need.
