Denstu has promoted group investment director Adele Gibb to managing director South Australia.

She replaces Vikki Friscic who finishes in April to join Seven Adelaide as managing director.

Gibb has been with Carat Adelaide for three and a half years, with an extensive background in sales and strong relationships with South Australia's clients and media partners.

"I am excited to take this next step of my career with Carat and Dentsu," said Gibb.

"South Australia is a thriving market and I cannot wait to continue to deliver results for our clients and our state.

"I would like to thank my mentor Vikki Frisic for all her support over the years and wish her all the very best as she steps into her next role."

Danny Bass, Dentsu ANZ CEO of media, said: "Adele Gibb is the exact right person to take Carat Adelaide into its next phase of growth.

"Her appointment speaks to the strong talent pipeline in place in that business and Adele is passionate, highly engaged and focused on delivering never before results for our clients.

"Congratulations to Adele.

“Vikki has been a powerhouse during her time with Carat South Australia and has taken the business to new heights. Speaking on behalf of the broader dentsu and Carat team, we’ll miss having Vik on the team but are equally excited to continue working with her through our partnership with Seven."
