Dan Hojnik appointed general manager of Involved Media

Media agency Involved Media has appointed Dan Hojnik as general manager.

Reporting to Involved Media and Active International Australia Group managing director Sarah Keith, Hojnik is responsible for Involved Media’s clients, operations and staff in all markets.

Hojnik was previously head of strategy and planning at Involved Media, prior to Involved Hojnik was at London media agency The Specialist Works. His resume also includes senior roles at Carat UK, UM Melbourne and Initiative Melbourne.

Sarah Keith said: “Dan’s work has made a real difference for our clients, giving them smart thinking and a clear competitive advantage.

"His role will now expand to ensure that this thinking is embedded in the operational day to day of the business, as he nurtures and retains talent and continues to grow our media partnerships.”

Dan Hojnik said: “Working alongside Sarah to build and shape the Involved Media team has been a career highlight for me.

“I am delighted to be taking on a greater leadership role as we continue to deliver growth for brands.”

The promotion follows a string of client wins and executive appointments at Involved Media over the past 18 months.
