Cummins&Partners hires two

Independent creative agency Cummins&Partners has appointed Ruby Koia senior account director and Patrick Marrinan content creator. 

Koia joins the agency after relocating from Auckland to Melbourne. During seven years agency side in New Zealand, she progressed from reception to client leadership, managing work across tourism, FMCG, energy, entertainment and telecommunications. 

Her experience includes domestic and international campaigns for Tourism New Zealand, alongside work for Red Bull NZ, Contact Energy, PepsiCo, Sky Television and Australian campaigns for Optus. 

Marrinan has worked in creative marketing and social since 2019 and has spent the past three years agency side, joining from Reconnected Marketing. 

Cummins&Partners CEO Ben McCallum said the appointments reflected the agency's continued investment in attracting talented people as the business expanded.

Koia said she was excited to join the agency and bring her trans Tasman experience to the team.
