Coles has launched a new national TV commercial to say thank you to its team members, particularly during this time of crisis.

The ad, which was created in-house, stars Coles ambassador Curtis Stone.

Stone, who films himself literally in his house, thanks the 120,000 team members amid shots of them at work in the supermarket.

“Our new TV ad is about publicly thanking our nearly 120,000 Coles team members who are doing such an incredible job helping all Australians during this difficult time," Coles chief marketing officer Lisa Ronson says.

"We’re so proud of everyone at Coles, the team is going above and beyond to provide vital support to their local communities and each other.

"On behalf of Coles, and our ambassador Curtis Stone, we just wanted to warmly and genuinely acknowledge our team’s heroic work and say thanks."

The new work follows news that the supermarket giant added DDB Sydney and TBWA to its agency roster alongside Big Red to help with customer communications.
