Coles has strengthened its Marketing team with the appointment of Sujeet Rana as general manager, customer experience & technology.
Sujeet joins Coles with 17 years’ digital experience in the technology, retail and cConstruction sectors. Most recently, he spent two and half years as chief digital officer at Built Pty Ltd, with overall accountability of the digital technology strategy and implementation.
He was also GM, customer technology at Woolies X over several years.
“I am passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and am really excited to work with Lisa and the broader Coles team to deliver our strategy and inspire our customers,” he says.
Coles CMO Lisa Ronson says Sujeet’s appointment will help drive Coles’ strategy of innovating for the future, and helping customers lead healthier, happier lives.
