Independent agency Think HQ has appointed Charmaine Griffith head of growth.
Griffith joins Think HQ from Clemenger BBDO, where she has spent more than two and a half years as growth director. She held growth leadership roles at VML, PwC’s CMO Advisory, OMD, and Initiative.
“Charmaine’s appointment reflects the strength of our ambition in NSW, and nationally,” said Think HQ founder & managing director, Jen Sharpe.
“From the first conversation, it was clear she truly understands our unique strengths in the market and brings a proven ability to lead growth in complex, integrated environments.
“I’m looking forward to working together to bring Think HQ’s positive change approach to more clients and communities across Australia.”
This follows Think HQ recent pitch wins with Cancer Council Australia, Stride Mental Health and Raising Children Network.
“Think HQ has built something rare - an agency that solves complex problems for major clients, while staying true to their values,” said Think HQ head of growth Charmaine Griffith.
“That’s good growth, and exactly what I want to scale in NSW and nationally.”
She will join Sarah Wood on the Sydney leadership team, driving coordinated growth across Think HQ’s approach to strategy, creative, PR, tech and audience engagement.
“Charmaine’s one of those people who instantly lifts a room,” said Think HQ Sydney director Sarah Wood.
“She’s smart, curious and genuinely invested in helping clients and teams grow. I’m so excited to have her on board at Think HQ Sydney as we build on our growth trajectory and keep driving positive change.”
