Clemenger BBDO Melbourne has appointed Charlotte Stevens as group business director, leading the Myer account.

Stevens is returning home to Australia following a decade in London, most of which was spent at Portas Agency.

“I’ve had an amazing time at Portas Agency working with some very talented and creative people, particularly during what has been and will continue to be, an interesting and transformative time for retail," Stevens says.

“I’m excited to be back home after ten years in London and really looking forward to joining the Myer Team at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne.”

During her time in London, Stevens led Sainsbury's fashion, homeware and beauty portfolios and worked across a range of retail accounts including Westfield, Clinique and Clarks Global.

“Charlotte is an accomplished retail specialist, with a breadth of global experience that will bring a fresh perspective to both Myer and Clems," Clemenger BBDO Melbourne group CEO Jim Gall says.

“We’re thrilled to have someone of Charlotte’s calibre drive the dynamic brand and digital agenda of modern retail.”

Last week, it was announced Georgia Jones was departing her role as head of business management Clemenger BBDO Melbourne to join Saatchi's Melbourne office as general manager.
