Independent Creative Agency Tiny Disco has appointed Celeste Mackay as its new creative director.
After eight years at the agency, founder Chelsea Morley will be shifting out of her role as creative director to focus on business growth and development.
“We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Celeste as our new creative director," said Morley.
"She has demonstrated time and time again her passion and commitment to Tiny Disco, our team and the creative work. We’re so excited for what’s to come."
Mackay has been with the agency in a managerial capacity since 2023 and has worked across the UK, the Middle East and Australia for brands such as Chanel, Grill’d and Seed Heritage.
The promotion comes after returning from maternity leave to have her first child, Freya.
“I’m deeply passionate about people, shared experiences, and creating exceptional, memorable work that makes a real impact for our clients," Mackay said.
"In an industry that’s fast evolving, the learning never stops; and that’s what excites me most.
"At Tiny Disco, we’re constantly pushing boundaries, and that energy is what fuels me every day.”
