Cathy O'Connor's final pay at oOh!

The final pay cheque for Cathy O’Connor, the now former CEO of outdoor sector leader oOh!media, was $2,681,465.

She lost some short and long term incentives but picked up $1,444,323 in termination benefits.

Her last payment was greater than the year before when she received $1,833,562, and more than a quarter of that performance based. 

O’Connor’s last day as CEO was December 8 but she continued to be available as a strategic advisor until January 30, a role for which she was paid $198,710. 

O’Connor, who joined the company in January 2021, was replaced by James Taylor, the former managing director at SBS. His base salary is $1,344,000.

She has since taken a non-executive director role at Southern Cross Media Group, the combination of Seven West Media and SCA.

According to the company’s annual report, O'Connor held 602,142 shares in oOh! at the end of December. They last traded at 93 cents each.
