Carat Perth has promoted Emily Whyte to client director WA government, Morgan Hopkins to senior client manager and Ashlee Rattray to client manager.
Whyte led the Department of the Premier and Cabinet portfolio and played a key role in the agency's successful pitch for the Department of Health in December 2025.
Hopkins has been recognised for her work on the WA Police account and broader government portfolio.
Rattray recently led the launch of the West Coast Eagles' brand campaign alongside her work on Cash Converters and Lotterywest.
"Emily, Morgan and Ashlee embody the calibre of people who make Carat what it is. Their promotions are a direct result of the trust they've built with clients, the quality of their work and the leadership they show every day," said Michelle Testa, client partner at Carat Perth.
The promotions follow last month's appointments of Geoff Langton and Sophie Park.
