Carat Perth, part of the dentsu network, has promoted Sophie Park and Geoff Langton to client director roles within its client services team.

Park manages the agency's relationships with Revo Fitness, Harvest Road and Murdoch University.

She also leads the Revenue Squad within the Oasis committee. Langton handles Cash Converters, Lotterywest and Summit Homes.

"This promotion means a lot to me, and it reinforces how much I care about the work and the clients we serve," Park said.

"I'm committed to continuing to raise the bar, in the quality of our strategic thinking, the outcomes we drive, and how well we genuinely understand what our clients need from us at every stage."

Langton said he was focused on deepening client relationships across his portfolio.

"The clients I work with are ambitious and operate in complex categories, and I'm focused on continuing to grow those relationships, bringing better thinking, stronger planning and a deeper understanding of what moves the needle for their businesses,” he said.

Charles Dangibeaud, client partner at Carat Perth, said both promotions reflected the value of developing senior talent from within.

"Geoff and Sophie have both shown what genuine client leadership looks like, an outstanding work ethic, a real command of media planning, and an ability to earn the trust of their clients because they take the time to truly understand the challenges those clients are navigating," he said.
