Freelancing marketplace Fiverr has appointed Bohemia to handle its media in Australia launching with TV and BVOD.

The partnership signals a time of significant growth for the platform, having reported 2.8 million customers to have bought a wide range of services from freelancers across more than 160 countries in the twelve months the end of June.

Through its platform, Fiverr’s mission is to change how the world works together, connecting businesses of all sizes with skilled freelancers offering digital services in more than 400 categories, across eight verticals including graphic design, digital marketing, programming, video and animation.

“As the Australian economy returns to growth and embraces a flexible scale up workforce, we can’t wait to help Fiverr to win the lion share of this growth whilst simultaneously connecting talented freelancers to work opportunities” says Mark Echo, head of client service, Bohemia, part of the M&C Saatchi group.

Liron Smadja, Director of International Expansion Marketing, Fiverr: "The Bohemia team's deep local expertise made them the perfect partner to help drive Fiverr's business outcomes. At a time where the pandemic is still having an impact, we want
businesses to know they can turn to us for the freelance resources they need to thrive, regardless of their size, industry or stage."
