Lincoln Grice has joined Bear Meets Eagle On Fire as design lead after 12 years with BMF.

He was head of art and design at BMF where his work included ALDI and Tourism Tasmania.

Grice, before returning to Sydney in 2013, worked at 4Creative in London on projects including the 2012 Paralympic campaign and the TV show Black Mirror.

"After only ever hearing lovely things, I've spent some time getting to know Lincoln over the past year, and it just felt like the right time for us both," said Bear Meets Eagle On Fire founder and chief creative officer Micah Walker.

"Having another talented, thoughtful creative join our team is always a good thing."

Grice said there were very few places that could have drawn him away from BMF.

“Bear feels like the particular kind of place where the best things happen in the right way. Micah's transparency and creative drive was hard to ignore,” he said.
