Brisbane based agency BCM Group has appointed three staff to its media and performance teams, supporting a restructured agency model.

Natalie Pahor joins in a newly created digital and operations manager role, and Alex Ainsworth as performance manager.

Jai Nuth joins as a performance specialist, supporting BCM's Search Works product, which helps brands increase search visibility.

Pahor brings more than 17 years' agency and client experience to BCM, specialising in project management, customer experience and data analytics.

She joins from the Queensland Tourism Industry Council, where she led delivery of a $2 million national e-learning program. She previously held senior roles at Chandler Macleod Group, Ladbrokes Australia, Criteria Corp and Neural Digital.

Ainsworth has nearly a decade of campaign and performance experience, mostly at AKQA Media. She joins from a Campaign Manager role at Neural Digital.

Nuth started at Springboard Digital as a graduate digital marketing executive in 2023, before being appointed Paid Media Specialist last year.

Lukas Temple, managing director of BCM Group, said the appointments would support an experienced, unified team for clients.

"Their roles will support our new agency structure, along with our Search Works product as it continues to gain momentum in the market," Temple said.

"We know that growth of this kind requires the right people, that's why we're investing in our full-service media and performance teams, recruiting talent that strengthens our ability to deliver a holistic approach to brand visibility."

Pahor said BCM's focus on bringing together media, performance and creative thinking aligned with her view of modern marketing.

"I'm looking forward to strengthening our capabilities and delivering even greater value for clients," she said.

The hires follow BCM's restructure, which combined its strategy and creative director roles into a new creative strategy lead function and created a 10-strong Craft Team.

Dave Mooney and Sam Boyd were appointed creative strategy leads, while Miguel Gadea was named head of craft and former DDB staffer Natalia Spreys joins as head of motion design.
