BCM Group and IVY PR have been appointed to launch and manage media, PR, social and creative for new Queensland-based eco-adventure brand, Happitat.

As part of their remit, BCM and IVY PR will utilise a multi-channel campaign to launch Happitat nationally.

“Our mission is to inspire individual happiness and a collective approach to conservationm” said Happitat founder and CEO, Michael Neururer.

“A place to immerse yourself in nature, push through fear and find ‘happi’.

“Lukas and the team fully grasped the vision, translated it and supercharged it perfectly every step of the way.

“It’s given me clarity and confidence to keep pushing the limits of the experience. It’s the perfect synergy and has empowered us to create a truly one-of-a-kind destination.”

Happitat was founded by Michael Neururer, who, after a career as a snowboarder, built suspension bridges and avalanche control systems throughout the British Columbian mountain, as well as high lines spanning vast canyons and rope swings off landmarks, like Hunlen Falls.

Happitat will launch a cliff park at Binna Burra on the Gold Coast hinterland on January 10, 2026.

The cliff park, set 400 metres above the Numinbah Valley, features ziplines, via ferrata courses, suspension bridges, tightropes, timber log crossings, climbing nets and a 12-metre cantilevered platform all spanning across a cliff face and waterfall.

The park also includes a spring, walks, cafe and ample places.

“Michael has had a crystal-clear vision from the very beginning: create a brand with the sole focus of reconnecting with nature and society, by helping people find happiness through unique, nature-based activities,” said BCM Group managing director, Lukas Temple.

“Michael and his team have created something very special, and we’re privileged to work with them on it.

“We have no doubt this will become a national and global tourism icon, but equally, a sanctuary for locals to experience their backyard in a truly unique way.”
