BBC Studios has appointed Liz Baldwin as senior vice president, head of streaming & channels, Australia and New Zealand.
Baldwin will start in the role on 31 August and will report to Robi Stanton, president media & streaming and general manager, APAC, BBC Studios.
In the newly created role, Baldwin will lead BBC Studios' streaming and channel strategy across Australia and New Zealand, driving growth, audience engagement and the continued expansion of the company’s digital footprint.
She will oversee the performance and evolution of BBC Studios’ streaming platforms and channel portfolio, including BBC-branded linear services and BritBox Australia.
Baldwin has been credited with being an executive leader with a strong track record of end-to-end digital platform management and full P&L responsibility.

Liz joins from Tapt Media (formerly a division of Nine), where she currently serves as head of digital growth & strategy, driving audience and revenue growth across digital platforms.
Prior to this, Baldwin served as senior vice president, head of streaming (general manager, digital and streaming) at Paramount Australia & New Zealand, where she led large-scale streaming and digital transformation initiatives.
