The Brisbane Advertising and Design Club (BADC) Awards is marking a 50-year milestone in 2024.

This year's awards theme, 50 Years of Whatever It Takes by Khemistry, celebrates the excellence that has driven Brisbane's creative community – to nail a brief; meet a deadline; give their all; but above all, to inspire excellence and create award-winning work.

The main award category will once again be the Best of Show which was last won by CHEP Network in 2023 for their campaign ‘The Jewellers’ for client Michael Hill Jewellers.

With an expected attendance of over 600, the 2024 BADC Awards will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the The Star Casino, Brisbane.

BADC president Stuart Myerscough said BADC’s 50th Year is extremely special and a cause for real celebration.

“The spotlight is being shone on our creative community and the mountain of effort they give," Myerscough said.

“Since 1974, BADC has been instrumental in driving creative standards and encouraging people to achieve the impossible.

“It’s time to raise a glass to 50 years of BADC, celebrating the toil of our legends, our unsung heroes, and this year’s legendary work.”
