AWARD School has announced its line-up of program leaders for 2026.
Stepping into the role of National & NSW co-Chairs are BMF creative director Josie Fox and DDB Sydney creative director Tom Lawrence.
They succeed The General Store ECD Sharon Edmondston and M+C Saatchi ANZ ECD Scott Dettrick.
“Our new national leadership team, Josie and Tom, bring fresh perspective and creative firepower to a program that continues to evolve with the industry, and 2026 will be no exception,” said AWARD chair Mandie van der Merwe.
“We’re thrilled to welcome them and our new state heads, while farewelling Sharon, Scott, Corey and Kiah, who have been exceptional leaders.”
In South Australia, Showpony creative director Rory Kennett-Lister takes over as SA School Head from KWPX former ECD Corey Swaffer, while Leo Australia associate creative directors Shyaire Ganglani and Seamus will jointly lead AWARD School’s Online Program, taking the reins from Wieden+Kennedy senior creative Kiah Nicholas.
The Taboo Group creative director Ryan Clayton and senior art director Huei Yin Wong will continue in Victoria, Publicis Worldwide executive creative director Ryan Petie will continue in Queensland, and St John WA creative director Tim Newton will continue in WA.
“Their fearless drive for innovation and fresh thinking has elevated AWARD School, and their impact will be felt for years to come,” said van der Merwe.
“A huge thank you also to our continuing state leaders, tutors and mentors for their ongoing dedication and passion.”
