Australian Olive Oil is calling on chefs and foodies to finish every dish with a drizzle of olive oil in a campaign via JOY.

“In 2026, we are building on the success of the 2025 campaign, staying focused on encouraging consumers to drizzle olive oil to finish a dish, but inviting them to engage with the “why” a drizzle of olive oil is so powerful in lifting a dish,” said Australian Olive Oil Association president, David Valmorbida.

“Whether it is how it lifts flavour by balancing, deepening or freshening-up a dish, or for adding texture through silkiness or fuller mouthfeel or the final, all-important presentation that makes a dish mouth-watering, that final drizzle is such an easy trick that makes a critical difference in the end.”

The campaign will deliver a mix of paid digital advertising and creator-led social content published on creators’ own channels.

The six Get Drizzling 2026 content creators are: Khanh Ong (@khanhong), Darren Robertson (@darrenrobertsonfood), Tom Walton (@cheftonwalton), Sage (@sageinfused), Meg (@the.gourmeg), and Stephanie Feher (@luckydragonsupperclub).

“The 2026 campaign has seen the Get Drizzling movement elevated to a whole new level,” said JOY agency Luisa Paton.

“Taking a fresh angle, ‘finishing with a drizzle’ was positioned as the ‘chef’s secret’ to transforming ordinary food into restaurant quality.

“Building a power squad of industry leading talent, we added the highly credible Darren Robertson and Tom Walton to the mix, while retaining the ever popular Khanh Ong, to get Olive Oil on the agenda and in the feeds like never before, with a powerful ‘trick of the trade’ message, engaging videos and significant cross-channel reach – to accelerate growth for the AOOA.”
