The Australian government has launched a COVID-19 mental health campaign, asking "How's your head today?", which aims to encourage all Australians to make their mental health and wellbeing a priority.

The campaign, created by BMF, highlights ways to help Australians cope with challenges such as staying connected, building a daily routine and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

It will help Australians recognise when they are not coping and where to find information and support.

The website, Head to Health, provides Australians with trusted information, advice and professional support services to help with managing mental health and wellbeing.

How’s your head today? is part of the Australian Government’s $48.1 million support of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Pandemic Response Plan to help Australians whose mental health is impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The collection of campaign resources including videos, radio and posters.
