Assisterhood has announced 98 mentors and mentees across advertising, design, media, strategy, tech, business and marketing.
The APAC industry mentorship program links underrepresented talent with experience, education and opportunities.
The program began with five mentorship pairs in 2018.
Sponsors for 2026 include Streamtime, No Sunday Blues, Kerfuffle and TwentyTwo Digital.
Linh Diep, founder of Assisterhood and senior account director at Droga5 London, said sponsor support allowed the program to keep growing and creating opportunities for people who may not otherwise have access to mentorship.
"Together, we're helping build a more inclusive and representative industry," she said.
